Ghost Hunts are NOT a Halloween like Haunted Experience. These hunts are serious, but informal attempts to document paranormal activity on a forest covered, rural, and historical piece of land. These hunts allow guests and thrill seekers to experience first-hand the search into different spiritual realms.

This activity is only for ages 18 and older. NO EXCEPTIONS – Not even if a parent or guardian is present as well.

The resort grounds have been known to have hazards including but not limited to rough areas of path, dark places, steep climbing, uneven surfaces, wildlife, and outdoor nature/weather. It is not recommended that pregnant women or those weak in any sort of way participate in these rigorous events.

Everyone must sign a liability waiver form at check in.

All visitors must provide a valid current form of I.D. at check in. A photocopy will be made and kept on file with that nights ghost hunt for security and safety reasons.

During the ghost hunt, all visitors must stay near their guide, remain respectful to everyone within their group, and give time for each person to have the chance to discover the spirit realm.

When the website states that a specific hunt is sold out – YES, that means it is sold out! There are no cancellation lists! (The resort typically will not know of a cancellation until the hunt is underway).

After the bar closes in the resort, all the lights will be turned off in and around the resort, except for the parking lot lights for security and safety.

Forms of payment excepted are Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Checks can be made payable to Clear Fork Resort. In the note line on your personal check please note which ghost hunt you will be attending.
